Shana L. Sprackling holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from Southeast Community College. She joined the firm in 1997 and has been active in the appraisal of commercial and industrial properties and urban development land valuation in Lincoln, specializing in litigation and condemnation appraisal. Sprackling has fulfilled the requirements to become a Certified General Real Property Appraiser in the state of Nebraska and has completed specialized training in the appraisal of small multi-family income properties. “Apartment Appraisal Concepts and Applications,” offered by the Appraisal Institute, provides specific techniques and case studies in multi-family appraisal. Sprackling has passed a comprehensive test and completed the necessary education and commercial appraisal experience to meet the requirements of the Appraisal Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation. |
